Our crews are fully insured and WSIB-compliant, and we bring the aerial lifts needed for a steeple or a tall sanctuary roofline that a volunteer or a facilities lead shouldn't be climbing to reach.
Because most churches make décor decisions through a board of trustees or a facilities committee working from a fixed annual budget, we build every proposal to fit that process rather than asking for a rushed decision in November. Design, installation, mid-season maintenance, and takedown after Epiphany are part of one quote, with optional storage so garland and lit trees don't need to live in a closet at the church the rest of the year. Can installation happen around our weekly services and events?
Yes. We schedule around your regular service times, midweek gatherings, and any Advent events you already have booked, and most sanctuary exteriors and entrances are finished in a single weekday visit. If your church has a specific quiet window, like weekday mornings before staff arrive, we'll plan around that rather than showing up during a service or rehearsal.
How long does approval usually take through a board or trustees?
That varies by congregation, but we provide a written proposal and quote early enough for a board to review it at a regular meeting rather than rushing a decision. Because booking fills by mid-November, we recommend starting the conversation with trustees in September if you want the display up well before Advent begins.
Do the lights need to come down right after Christmas Day?
Not necessarily. Many churches keep lighting running through Epiphany in early January, since Advent and Christmas services often extend past December 25th. We schedule takedown after your season officially ends, whenever that is for your congregation, rather than forcing a fixed date, and safe roof access in January or February weather is factored into the plan.
Is our volunteer team responsible for any part of the setup?
No. Our fully insured, WSIB-compliant crew handles design, installation, maintenance, and takedown from start to finish, including anything at height like the steeple or sanctuary roofline. Your facilities lead is only involved for the initial site visit and to point out anything specific to your building, like an outdoor outlet location or an area to avoid.
