Availability depends on how full our season calendar is at the time, so the earlier a location manager can confirm dates, the more likely we can guarantee the install. Do you provide insurance and WSIB documentation for production approval?
Yes. We are fully insured and run WSIB-compliant crews, and we can supply certificates of insurance and compliance documentation directly to a production office or line producer ahead of the shoot date, which is typically required before any vendor is approved to work on or near a filming location or cast and crew.
Can you match a specific look, colour temperature, or era-appropriate style for a scene?
Yes, tell us what the production designer or art department needs, whether that is warm white incandescent-style bulbs for a period piece, a specific colour palette, or a denser or sparser roofline look, and we will source and install lighting that matches the brief rather than a standard residential package.
How quickly can you strike the location once filming wraps?
Most strikes happen the same day filming wraps or first thing the next morning, depending on crew availability and how quickly the location needs to be returned to the property owner or handed back for the next scene. Confirm your wrap timeline when booking and we will schedule the strike crew accordingly.
