Full Season Service
Full Season Holiday Service is our all-inclusive program and the one most of our customers choose. Instead of booking lighting, then separately arranging takedown, then figuring out where to store everything, one booking covers the entire year. We design your display, supply commercial-grade LED lighting in the colours you want, install it custom-cut to your roofline in as little as one day, and fix anything that goes wrong at no extra charge while it is up.
When the season ends, we come back and take everything down, and you can add optional storage from $100 per season so the strands never sit in your garage between Novembers. It is the reason 96% of our customers rebook with us the following year, once the lights are installed the first time, there is nothing left for you to manage. Booking opens in late summer and fills by mid-November, so this program works best when reserved early.

You start with a free design consultation, either in person or from photos of your home, where we plan the roofline, tree, and shrub lighting you want. Once approved, we schedule your install for sometime between early October and the first week of December, custom-cutting every strand to your home rather than using generic pre-made lengths. Throughout the season, if anything stops working, a call gets it fixed free of charge. In January, the same program brings a crew back to take everything down and, if you have added storage, pack it away until next year.
Because this program bundles design, lighting, installation, maintenance and takedown into one quote, pricing depends on the same factors as a standalone installation, roofline length, the height and pitch of your roof, whether trees or shrubs are included, and how many colours or light types you want. Adding year-round storage is a smaller add-on cost on top of the base package. We give you one all-in number up front so you know the full-season cost before committing, rather than separate bills for each stage.
After installation, you can leave the display unlit until you are ready, since many homes are installed in October or November and switched on whenever the customer chooses. If a strand goes dark or a connector loosens during a cold snap, our maintenance visit resolves it without you needing to climb a ladder in the middle of winter. Once the holidays wrap up, takedown is scheduled for January through early February depending on weather and safe roof access, and we confirm the date with you ahead of time.
