Casinos run around the clock, and a holiday display has to go up, get maintained, and come down without ever slowing down the floor. We build entrance arches, lobby trees, and gaming-floor accents for casinos and gaming venues across South-Western Ontario and the western GTA, working overnight or during the quieter early-morning hours so valet, the porte-cochère, and the gaming floor stay open the entire time. Our crews are fully insured and WSIB-compliant, with bucket trucks and aerial lifts for marquee-height entrances and porte-cochère canopies.
Because a casino property never fully closes for maintenance, every install is planned around your slowest overnight hours and coordinated with your security and facilities team in advance, not improvised on-site. Design, installation, in-season repairs, January takedown, and storage of the larger pieces are bundled into one program and one invoice, whether this is a single-property display or part of a multi-year contract. Booking opens in late summer and our installation calendar runs from early October through the first week of December, filling by mid-November.

Can you install without ever closing the gaming floor?
Yes, that's the standard for every casino we work with. We schedule installation overnight or during your property's slowest hours, work with your security team on access, and move quickly enough that most single-property jobs are done before the morning shift arrives. The gaming floor, valet, and guest entrances stay open throughout.
How do you power large entrance and lobby displays?
We use CSA/UL-rated cords and timers wherever possible and design around your existing exterior and lobby circuits first. For a large porte-cochère arch or a tall atrium tree, we'll flag during the site visit if a dedicated circuit makes the display cleaner or safer, and we coordinate that directly with your facilities or electrical team before installation day.
When should we book to have the property lit before peak holiday weekends?
Booking opens in late summer and our schedule fills by mid-November most years, so a casino wanting the floor and entrance lit before the first big holiday weekend should confirm design and scope by early fall. Larger porte-cochère or lobby installs take more overnight sessions to complete, so booking early gives us room to sequence everything properly.
Do you offer the same program every year, or can we refresh the design?
Both are common. Some properties keep the same entrance and lobby design running on a multi-year contract for consistency, while others ask us to refresh a section, like the VIP lounge or a new photo backdrop, each season. We can price a refreshed design alongside your renewal quote so there are no surprises either way.
