Can you install and remove décor within the same day for a one-night event?
Yes, this is our standard approach for special events. We schedule the install ahead of your event start time and return for teardown either the same night after guests leave or first thing the next morning, depending on the venue's contract and access hours. Just confirm your timeline when you request a quote.
We are renting the venue and it is not our building. Will your mounting damage it?
We use property-safe clips and mounting methods designed to leave no marks on walls, ceilings, or finishes, which is exactly what rental venues expect. If your venue contract has specific mounting restrictions or a damage deposit condition, send them to us ahead of time and we will plan the install to meet them.
Can you match a theme, colour scheme, or brand for a corporate holiday party?
Yes. Tell us your colour palette, brand colours, or theme when you request a quote, and we design garland, tree lighting, and entrance décor to match, whether that is a specific colour scheme, a classic red and gold look, or something tied directly to your company branding and lobby signage overall.
How much lead time do you need to book a special event?
Because our calendar fills with residential and commercial season-long installs by mid-November, single-event bookings for December dates should be arranged as early as possible, ideally in the fall. If your event date is later in the season, contact us anyway, since we can often still fit a one-night install even during a busy December.
