Can you install without disrupting teller hours or the drive-through?
Yes. We schedule branch installations after hours or overnight so lobby hours, drive-through lanes, and ATM access are never affected. Our crews bring their own bucket trucks and aerial lifts, so there's no need for branch staff to be involved beyond an initial walkthrough. Most single-branch exteriors are completed in one visit, and we coordinate directly with your facilities contact rather than individual branch managers when you're running a multi-location program.
How do you power the lights without extra electrical work?
Most branch displays run off existing exterior outlets using CSA/UL-rated cords and timers, and we design around what's already available rather than asking your building to add circuits. For a larger display, like a wrapped tree at the entrance plus full roofline coverage, we'll flag during the site visit if a dedicated outlet or timer relay makes sense, but that's the exception, not the rule.
We manage several branches. Can this be one invoice?
Yes, that's how most of our bank and credit union clients prefer it. We take on one point of contact for the whole region, quote every branch under a single program, and issue one consolidated invoice per season rather than separate paperwork from each location. Branches can still have slightly different designs based on their building size and layout; the billing and scheduling stay unified.
When do we need to book to guarantee installation before December?
Booking opens in late summer, and our installation calendar runs from early October through the first week of December, filling up by mid-November most years. For a multi-branch network, we recommend confirming in September or early October so we can sequence all your locations before slots run out. Lights can be installed unlit and turned on whenever your branch is ready.
