Can you work around building security and after-hours access requirements?
Yes. Most office towers need crews cleared through property management or security before after-hours work, and we handle that coordination directly with your team. We can schedule around loading dock hours, security sign-in procedures, or elevator booking systems, whatever your building requires, and we confirm the access plan before install day.
Will an indoor lobby tree meet fire and building code requirements?
We use commercial-grade LED lighting on CSA or UL-rated cords with timers, which is what most property managers and fire inspectors expect for an indoor installation. We are happy to provide product specifications to your building's fire safety consultant or property manager ahead of time if your tower requires sign-off.

How far in advance should we book for a corporate lobby?
Booking opens in late summer and our installation calendar for South-Western Ontario and the GTA fills by mid-November, so corporate accounts should reach out as early as possible. Installs run from early October through the first week of December, and lights can go up unlit and be turned on whenever your office wants to kick off the season.
