Bulb failure, string failure, weather damage — what's covered?
Our installs include a workmanship and product guarantee for the season. If a bulb burns out, a string fails, or a connector breaks, we replace it free of charge.
We can only warranty lights we supply — third-party or homeowner-supplied lights are installed at the homeowner's risk.
